Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
- Several years of clinical veterinary experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive veterinary care.
- Lead and uphold medical standards, protocols, and best practices across the practice.
- Mentor, coach, and support veterinarians and clinical team members to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and positive team culture.
- Partner with practice leadership to support hospital operations, workflow efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Review medical records and clinical outcomes to ensure consistent standards of care.
- Maintain compliance with applicable veterinary regulations, licensing requirements, and medical protocols.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing veterinary professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure exceptional client communication.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice through clinical leadership and continuous improvement.
