About The Position

This is a hands-on clinical leadership position guiding a respected, multi-doctor hospital. You will lead and uphold medical standards of care, mentor and support three Associate DVMs, collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow and hospital initiatives, guide case management and treatment approaches, foster a positive, accountable team culture, and maintain an active clinical caseload. You’ll have leadership influence while administrative operations are supported — allowing you to focus on medicine and mentorship.
