Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Licensed in Ontario
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to delivering the highest standard of veterinary medicine
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional medical care
- Develop and implement medical protocols and best practices
- Oversee surgical and medical cases to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the hospital manager on operational strategies and growth initiatives
- Participate in community events and foster strong client relationships
- Provide hands-on veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning
