This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shaping culture, elevating clinical standards, and developing a motivated team. The hospital is undergoing renovations to improve workflow, patient care, and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day clinical practice while also guiding standards, mentorship, and team development. This role values spectrum of care medicine and is energized by helping both patients and people thrive. Scheduling is flexible, ranging from 16-36 hours per week, to support both clinical impact and work-life balance.
