About The Position

Bellevue Animal Clinic, an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian. The hospital provides preventive care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, grooming, and other services. The role combines veterinary practice with leadership: the Medical Director will help shape patient care and hospital growth while working with a collaborative veterinary and support team. The position offers clinical autonomy and an opportunity to influence the hospital’s future. An associate veterinarian ready to take a step into leadership may also be considered.

Compensation starts at $130,000. A signing bonus starting at $50,000 and a partnership opportunity are mentioned. Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Active Arkansas veterinary license, or ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA license, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care.

• Previous leadership experience is a plus but is not required.
