We are seeking a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician who is energized by both patient care and clinical leadership —someone who wants to make a meaningful impact not only on patients, but on the team delivering that care. Design your own schedule – truly flexible structure Blend clinical care (80%) with leadership and mentorship (20%) Be a present, accessible clinical partner —supporting your team in real time, not from afar Shape workflows, guide clinical decisions, and influence the evolution of a growing practice Whether you prefer being onsite daily, every other day, or offering a mix of in-person and remote support, we'll build the role around your strengths and availability . • Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
• Experienced in primary care
