About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a Medical Director to join its Clinical Development team and support Regeneron-driven studies in atopic dermatitis and asthma within Immunology & Inflammation. The role provides clinical leadership across assigned protocols and study conduct issues, in collaboration with the Clinical Program Lead, Clinical Sciences, and cross-functional study teams. The position offers the opportunity to shape research and development programs for early- and late-stage assets.

Requirements

• M.D. degree or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practice, study design, and research methodology.
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced analytical, influencing, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 0–4 years of clinical development experience in industry; academic research experience will also be considered.
• Specialized clinical fellowship training in Allergy, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, or Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for deliverables within the assigned section of a clinical program, including protocols, regulatory documents, and publications.
• Facilitate assigned studies and support investigators on Regeneron-driven trials.
• Anticipate and resolve clinical and study conduct issues.
• Initiate, propose, design, and execute research and development programs for early- and late-stage assets.
• Influence team decisions and drive alignment across functions in a matrix environment.
• Communicate clear, concise messages through medical writing and presentations.
• Identify critical risks to studies and programs and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage internal and external colleagues with professional diplomacy and cultural awareness.
