About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Sciences to join its Oncology team and support solid tumor drug development, including studies in prostate cancer. The role involves designing clinical study concepts, providing medical and scientific oversight of clinical trials, and leading the Clinical Team to deliver high-quality program milestones. The Medical Director collaborates with Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and Therapeutic Area Program Managers, and contributes to the development of medicines for serious diseases.

Requirements

• MD or MD/PhD.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant research experience in industry or an academic research setting.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology clinical fellowship training with translational and/or clinical research experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define clinical trial-related goals and objectives.
• Conduct literature and database research to inform trial design.
• Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and the Therapeutic Area Program Manager.
• Contribute to program team meetings, scientific advisory boards, study steering committees, and data/safety monitoring meetings.
• Lead and supervise the Clinical Team to deliver high-quality program milestones on schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with key study investigators.
