Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Licensed to practice medicine in Florida
Board eligible or board certified
Completed psychiatry residency
10 years of successful clinical practice experience
Behavioral health leadership experience
Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30–50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Travel to PCHG sites and occasional conferences
Direct exposure to computer screens
May be exposed to contagious or infectious diseases
Requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
