About The Position

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses. The Territory Account Manager educates therapists, physicians, and patients about Tactile Medical products in an assigned territory and establishes sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. The role is responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets and assisting with customer support, including training, reimbursement, concerns, and complaints. The position must maintain compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
At least 3 years of outside or inside sales experience, or at least 1 year of medical sales experience, or at least 4 years of patient-facing clinical experience, or at least 2 years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience.
Knowledge of third-party payer policies.
Travel within the territory and outside the territory for conferences and training.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, or therapists.
Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients, such as as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, or OTA.
Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products.
Demonstrated ability to launch new products.

Responsibilities

Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical.
Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints.
Perform other duties as assigned.
