About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Temecula, CA 92591. As a Medical Device Assembler you will be responsible for building and inspecting high-quality medical devices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in medical device manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Hands-on experience with small-part assembly
- Previous cleanroom experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices and related components following detailed work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections and precision measurements to ensure product quality.
- Operate computerized testing equipment to verify product performance.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rework components as needed using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Package finished products, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
- Maintain production records and ensure all manufacturing documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Follow standardized operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
