The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) works to ensure Oklahomans have access to better health and better care. The agency’s core values include passion for purpose, trust and transparency, empowerment and accountability, best in class and outcome-driven, and servant leadership. As part of the interview process, candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview at our Oklahoma City office. Come serve your state and use your analytical skills to transform the future of healthcare for millions of Oklahomans. Working directly with the Chief Medical Officer, this high-impact role will offer deep hands-on exposure to both Medicaid and Employee/Group Insurance divisions, providing an unparalleled view of the state’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. You will work to improve healthcare in the state by creating data systems and workflows that are sustainable and forward-thinking, and by finding insights that are actionable and impactful. We are looking for a candidate who is data-savvy, comfortable with navigating large and sometimes incomplete datasets, collaborative, willing to work in-person with colleagues and online with external stakeholders, and flexible, able to balance data-driven insights with stakeholder interests, shifting policies, and the realities of healthcare delivery. This is an in-office position.
