About The Position

As a Data Analyst II, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of Insight's master data and costing information. You will serve as a subject matter expert, support cross-functional initiatives, and help drive continuous process improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, or 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot information for resolution
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Engage in projects with cross-functional team members
  • Train and guide team members on master data and costing policies and procedures
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Maintain and create master data records in accordance with Insight policies
  • Monitor data input practices and promote data quality standards
  • Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for data-related issues
  • Back up other team members by developing knowledge of their programs and job functions
