About The Position
As a Data Analyst II, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of Insight's master data and costing information. You will serve as a subject matter expert, support cross-functional initiatives, and help drive continuous process improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, or 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot information for resolution
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Responsibilities
- Engage in projects with cross-functional team members
- Train and guide team members on master data and costing policies and procedures
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
- Maintain and create master data records in accordance with Insight policies
- Monitor data input practices and promote data quality standards
- Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for data-related issues
- Back up other team members by developing knowledge of their programs and job functions
