About The Position
Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems — operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running. This role involves a specific route from Port Huron to Fenton, covering 84 miles and operating Monday through Sunday from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.
Requirements
- Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR)
- Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- 21+ years old
- Satisfactory background check and MVR review
Nice To Haves
- Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
- Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
- Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
- Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
