This role involves meeting and maintaining federal and state regulatory guidelines, extensive knowledge of medical documentation, validating completion of clinic duties, performing duties to ensure patient safety, validating systems of records, communicating with leadership on policy and procedure issues, participating in the development of health and medical related protocols, participating in meetings and team decisions, maintaining confidential health care records, recognizing and responding to signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, planning and organizing daily work, knowledge of safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and maintaining professional and ethical standards of conduct. Other responsibilities include collecting and entering documentation for medical staff, supervising and coordinating medical staff, directing and training medical staff, monitoring health care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and meeting program and federal partners’ documentation and processes requirements.
