Requirements

Collections experience
Excellent phone skills
Patience in tough situations
A willingness to stand your ground
Compassion for a vulnerable population

Responsibilities

Focus on medical debt collection to ensure resident accounts are up to date.
Help manage resident accounts.
Assist the BOM with other duties as assigned.
Work under supervision of our Business Office Manager to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
