About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Associate to join our team. This role involves entering claims data, providing excellent customer service, and managing documentation. As a secondary insurance provider, you will be responsible for entering information on 10-15 claims per day, which will then be routed to our licensed adjusters for processing.

Requirements

• Experience in medical claims (excluding PIP).
• Familiarity with primary insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and related CPT coding and processing.
• Proficiency in Health Insurance Claim Forms (HCFA or CMS-1500).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical insurance company claims departments, doctor's office billing, or third-party administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for claims.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation.
• Enter information on 10-15 claims daily, focusing on balances not covered by primary insurance.
