Requirements

Valid nursing or social work license.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong understanding of workers' compensation rules and laws.
Critical thinking skills.

Familiarity with evidence-based guidelines.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to document accurately in the required software tools.

Nice To Haves

Relevant case management certification such as CCM, CDMS, CRC, or COHN.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Managing case management files for injured employees within the workers' compensation framework.
Maintaining constant communication with all relevant parties to ensure continuous monitoring of progress.
Adhering to evidence-based guidelines.
Educating providers and facilitating a smooth return to work process.
Documenting in case management software.
Developing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
Acting as a liaison for injured employees, providing exemplary customer service.
Assisting with specialist referrals.
Ensuring optimal utilization of our provider network.
Coordinating closely with employers and claims adjusters to support effective return-to-work efforts.
