About The Position

We are seeking to add Full Time Medical Call Center Representatives to our PSR team in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike!

Requirements

• Call Center experience in the medical field is required!
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• Medical Call Center experience is required
• Basic arithmetic and money calculating skills.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• EMR skills are required.

• Willing to work in a team environment, supporting multiple providers in a high volume medical call center.
• Willing to go above and beyond in providing customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and quickly assessing the nature of calls and acting appropriately to provide prompt, professional service.
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance / resolving eligibility issues prior to a scheduled appointment.
• Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and account balances (PRN basis)
