Amaze Health•Denver, CO
•$60,000 - $80,000•Onsite

About The Position

Amaze Health is seeking a dedicated Billing & Claims Specialist to help patients navigate complex medical billing and insurance challenges. The specialist reviews EOBs, itemized bills, and health plan documents to identify potential billing errors, benefit discrepancies, and opportunities for resolution. Acting as a third-party patient advocate, the specialist investigates issues and works with healthcare providers and insurance companies to pursue accurate resolutions rather than directly processing claims or billing patients. The role also translates complex billing and insurance information into clear, actionable guidance so patients understand their options and next steps. It is suited to someone who enjoys investigative problem-solving, has strong attention to detail, and values helping others in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position at Amaze Health’s downtown Denver office at 18th & Broadway; parking is provided.
