About The Position

We are hiring for an in-house medical biller for our award-winning physical therapy practice. Join our supportive and happy team in our open floor plan clinic. There is potential for advancement to managing the clinic. If you love helping people, being busy, and sorting out the puzzles of insurance and benefits this could be your ideal job. You will have back office medical billing support, but will be responsible for patient communication, benefits checking, and explanations, reviewing patient accounts, collecting co-pays and invoices, AI is time saving, but it can also make a lot of mistakes so you will also be examining the decisions that AI has made and correcting them, you are also responsible for patients schedules, scheduling quality, ensuring full plans of care have been met.

Requirements

• Medical billing support experience
• Ability to love helping people
• Ability to be busy
• Ability to sort out insurance and benefits puzzles
• Ability to examine AI decisions and correct them
• Ability to manage patient schedules
• Ability to ensure full plans of care have been met
