Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma.
- Certification: CCMA and/or CMA and/or RMA.
- At least three years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach Medical Assisting courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
