Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Phlebotomy experience is necessary for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Expected to work within clinic hours, hours vary 7:00am - 5:15pm based on clinic needs.
- Wonderful opportunity for medical students looking for work in their gap year.
- Certified MA or LPN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations, treatments, and specialized clinical duties.
- Interview patients to record medical history and accurately measure vital signs for charting.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms while ensuring all medical supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Manage essential clerical tasks, including phone correspondence, record maintenance, and filing.
