Requirements
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification.

Responsibilities
- Escort patients to appropriate treatment rooms and ensure their comfort.
- Use critical thinking to determine the order in which patients see providers within an integrated schedule, helping prevent provider or patient wait times.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
- Assist providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
- Support rehabilitation staff with patient care and facilitate smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
- Assist with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.
- Collaborate with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to initial and re-evaluation examinations to support comprehensive patient care.
