About The Position

We’re seeking motivated service members interested in participating in the DOW SkillBridge program who are ready to bring their sense of purpose, discipline, and commitment to helping others in a civilian healthcare setting. Our Medical Assistants play a central role in patient care, so we’re looking for individuals who combine professionalism, compassion, and a strong work ethic. This SkillBridge opportunity is designed to help medically trained service members (Corpsman/Medics) bridge their military experience into a dermatology setting. Through structured clinical and operational training, participants will build the skills needed to thrive in a modern civilian medical practice. For those who enjoy supporting patients, working in dynamic environments, learning new skills, and continuing to serve others by increasing access to care, this program offers a purposeful next step in your career journey.
