Requirements
- Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Critical thinking skills.
- A passion for teamwork, patient care, and embracing a fast-paced, innovative medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Escorting patients to appropriate treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort.
- Determining the order of patients being seen in an integrated schedule, as patients are all scheduled to arrive at the same time and will all see each of the 3 providers.
- Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
- Assisting providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
- Supporting rehab staff with patient care and facilitating smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
- Assisting with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.
- Collaborating with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Contributing to initial and re-evaluation examinations to support comprehensive patient care.
