About The Position

Immediate openings in our Steel and Aluminum Divisions due to growth. The shift will be a 2/3/2 (Work, Work, Off, Off, Off, Work, Work) and then vice versa the next week. The shift will be 7a-7p 14 day cycle: Week 1: Work 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday) Off 2 days (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday) Work 3 days (e.g., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Week 2: Off 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday) Work 2 days (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday) Off 3 days (e.g., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Installation of new equipment.

Requirements

• Possess a two-year technical degree or higher.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a Maintenance position.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to problem solve and work with a cross functional team in the manufacturing process.

Nice To Haves

• Fanuc Controls desirable.
• Robot background a plus.
• Working knowledge of metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and any other high speed assembly equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Installation of new equipment.
• Working knowledge of PLC is necessary.
• Ability to read and wire electrical schematics.
• Knowledge in wiring 480-volt circuits of motors and controls.
• Perform basic administrative skills including creating work orders and documentation of work performed.
• Continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
