If you are passionate about joining a successful team and possess experience as either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Heartland Women’s Healthcare is the ultimate destination for professional growth! The hours for this role would be Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We also offer competitive compensation! Requirements
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant for at least 3 years minimum
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills

Responsibilities
- Interview patients and document basic medical history
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update and file medical records and insurance reports
- Check with patients and type up patients charts
- Assist during medical examinations
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Other duties as needed
