About The Position

Open Fertility is seeking caring, compassionate Medical Assistants who work well as part of a team and help provide an exceptional patient experience. Medical Assistants engage with patients daily and work closely with physicians to provide patient care. The role also supports front desk duties. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and onsite, and requires early hours as well as rotational weekends and holidays. The listed salary range is $23–$27 per hour, based on job-related knowledge and skills, experience, certifications, and degrees.

Requirements

• CPT1 certification is required.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients.
• Collect patient payments.
• Room patients.
• Obtain patient vitals.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain a clean clinic.
• Assist physicians during clinic procedures, including saline sonograms and IUI.
• Support front desk duties.
