About The Position
The Medical Assistant supports an orthopedics practice and is responsible for phone triage. The majority of daily responsibilities are performed over the phone. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education.
- CPR certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant Program.
- 1–2 years of experience in a physician office.
Responsibilities
- Perform phone triage; most daily responsibilities are performed over the phone.
