About The Position
Provides telephone assessment and clinical triage for patient calls, prioritizes patient needs using established protocols, provides education and care instructions, coordinates with providers regarding treatment recommendations, processes prescription refill requests, schedules appropriate follow-up appointments, and documents all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record while ensuring timely, compassionate patient care.
