Requirements

• Experience in Pain Management and ATHENA (Athenahealth Electronic Health Record system)
• Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
• Ability to commit to a long-term, full-time position

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant experience - Certification preferred
• Athena EMR experience - preferred
• Bilingual - preferred

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients, intake, eligibility, and verifications
• Collecting payments and answering phone calls
• Assisting healthcare providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
• Providing exceptional patient care and support
