Our endocrinology physicians provide comprehensive services for adults with endocrine disorders, helping them successfully manage their condition through lifestyle choices, medication and continuous monitoring. We are seeking a full-time (40-hour) Medical Assistant to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This position will primarily support our Lynn (480 Lynnfield Street) and Peabody (Two Corporation Way) locations, with travel to other North Shore sites as needed. Candidates will be informed in advance of their assigned work location and may be required to follow providers between sites. Previous Medical Assistant experience is preferred; however, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. While CCMA certification is not required, we are looking for candidates with prior MA experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology, adaptable to changing needs, and able to work closely with providers and other clinical staff in a collaborative setting. The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
