Requirements

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems - ECLINICAL WORKS
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Interview patients and document patient medical histories accurately.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms for optimal patient experience.
• Manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize exam rooms and instruments
• Handle medical record management and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
