About The Position
Full Time Medical Assistant needed for our growing joint replacement practice in North OKC
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a high volume clinic setting
- EPIC experience highly favored
- A professional and friendly demeanor with our patients, team member and our referral sources will guarantee your success
- This growing practice requires initiative, vision and the ability to grow within a team
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, prepare them for their exams and guide them through their visit
- Chart accurate medical data in Epic
- Ensure patient is aware of all next steps in their treatment
- Obtain authorizations
- Scanning, indexing, completing medical forms, etc.
- Triage patient calls
- Cross train with co-workers in addition to other assigned duties
