About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based role where you will visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms, to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on preventive care, not urgent care, allowing for meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits. You will support seniors and families in their homes and document visits using modern EMR tools. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently, prefer being on the road, and want meaningful, patient-focused work with a clear purpose.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance
• Open to statewide travel throughout Washington as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
