About The Position

Get out of the clinic routine and deliver preventive care directly in patients’ homes across Iowa. This is a field-based role with state travel, focusing on delivering preventive care directly to patients in their homes. You will complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits, focusing on prevention and early intervention. This role allows for building stronger patient relationships without rushed visits, utilizing modern EMR tools, and working independently with clinical team support.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification
• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable with state travel
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Medicare Annual Wellness Visit experience
• Well-Child Visit experience
• Home health or community-based care experience
