This position assists in the delivery of all office-related healthcare and patient care management. It directs the patient flow process at the physician's office, performs patient check-in and appointment scheduling, and supports PPSI by maintaining patient financial records at the office. The role provides closure to patient visits and answers and directs all telephone calls appropriately.
Requirements
- Graduate of Highschool or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants
- Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification

- Experience in an office or medically related environment preferred.
