About The Position

Spring Fertility is a mission-driven fertility care organization focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and individualized, compassionate, patient-centered care. Medical Assistants are an important part of the patient experience and work closely with physicians to provide exceptional care. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and onsite, and requires early hours and rotational weekends and holidays. The salary range is $25–$28 per hour, based on factors including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, certifications, and degrees.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients.
• Obtain patient vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain a clean clinic.
• Assist physicians during procedures, including saline sonograms and IUI.
• May cross-train to support the Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals.
