About The Position
Assists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties.
Requirements
- Proficient in Apple iPads, and must type 45 WPM
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
- Bilingual Spanish or Serbian a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations.
- Obtain patient's medical history.
- Record vital statistics and test results in patient medical file.
- Remove sutures, changes dressings.
- Stock exam rooms.
- Clean and sterilizes medical equipment and instruments and prepares surgical trays.
- Properly disposes of contaminated supplies.
- Assists physicians during examination and procedures.
