About The Position

We are looking for a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to join the team. The role includes maintaining exam rooms, stocking supplies, disinfecting equipment and instruments, drawing blood, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, and scheduling surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre- and post-operative appointments. The Medical Assistant will also handle medication pre-certification and assist with procedures or treatments when appropriate. The role requires travel between Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Mountain View for 25% of the time, with required emergency travel to Capitola. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• CCMA and phlebotomy certification required.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of medical back-office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exam rooms.
