About The Position

Bosley HairClub is seeking a Medical Assistant to support its surgical office in Dallas, Texas. The Medical Assistant contributes to the patient experience throughout the process, helping maintain patient flow in a fast-paced environment, communicating pre- and post-surgery instructions, and guiding patients through their procedures. The role supports hair transplant procedures and requires attention to patient comfort, clinical protocols, sterile technique, and infection control. The employer is willing to train the right candidate to become a hair transplant technician.

Requirements

• Certified medical assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, peers, and management.
• Basic math skills, including using a calculator and calculating percentages.
• Ability to multitask, attend to patients, and remain flexible to business needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative without direct supervision.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage time.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Reliable, outgoing, detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
• Punctuality and ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms.
• Assist physicians during hair transplant procedures.
• Sort, count, and prepare hair grafts.
• Maintain graft quality and viability.
• Support FUE and FUT procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control.
• Track graft counts and procedure documentation.
• Support patient comfort throughout procedures.
• Clean and process instruments and equipment.
• Follow clinical protocols and scope-of-practice requirements.
• Help manage patient flow and communicate instructions before and after surgery.
• Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and obtain patient consent for treatment.
