About The Position

The IMA Group is looking for a Medical Assistant to support its clinical team and play an important role in delivering high-quality patient evaluations. This role is in a dynamic healthcare environment where the Medical Assistant will combine hands-on clinical care with strong teamwork and daily support for the medical staff. The position offers no on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach

Nice To Haves

• Completion of an MA program preferred
• CMA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare professionals during patient assessments and medical evaluations
• Prepare patients by obtaining vital signs and medical histories
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other clinical testing
• Help support daily clinical operations and the medical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Manage medical supplies and equipment
• Provide a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient
