About The Position
The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are offering a Sign on Bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) , Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), EMT Basic Certification (EMT) within the state(s) of practice.
- 1 year of clerical or clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations.
- Works under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
