About The Position

Prepare, apply, and educate patients on Holter monitors and event monitors. Assist with the setup and coordination of sleep studies. Download, process, and accurately manage diagnostic data. Ensure proper documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Monitor testing schedules and maintain equipment inventory. Answer patient questions regarding monitoring devices and testing procedures. Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure timely completion of diagnostic studies. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Perform other administrative and clinical support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in preparing, applying, and educating patients on Holter monitors and event monitors.
• Experience with setup and coordination of sleep studies.
• Ability to download, process, and manage diagnostic data accurately.
• Skilled in documentation within an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Capability to monitor testing schedules and maintain equipment inventory.
• Strong communication skills to answer patient questions regarding monitoring devices and testing procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with physicians and clinical staff.
• Knowledge of patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Willingness to perform other administrative and clinical support duties.
