As a Medical Assistant and Front of House Associate, you must represent the RELIVE brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The role requires patient care, organization and competent understanding of medications/peptides. The MA will also aid in administering IV Vitamin therapy as well as hormone replacement therapy, Advanced peptide therapy, as well as administering shots to patients.

Requirements

Certified medical assistant able to work in the state of Tennessee
Critical thinking, compassionate, non-judgmental, with attention to detail, and organized.
Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.
Needs to be a patient listener, a good communicator, and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Nice To Haves

Competent understanding of medications/peptides.
Administering IV Vitamin therapy
Administering hormone replacement therapy
Administering Advanced peptide therapy
Administering shots to patients.

Responsibilities

Patient Education, and shots to patients.
Input medication orders for the mid-level provider.
Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
Accurately use the online booking systems
Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
Completes other tasks within the scope of the registered nurse.
