About The Position

As a Medical Assistant and Front of House Associate, you must represent the RELIVE brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The role requires patient care, organization and competent understanding of medications/peptides. The MA will also aid in administering IV Vitamin therapy as well as hormone replacement therapy, Advanced peptide therapy, as well as administering shots to patients. Requirements

  • Certified medical assistant able to work in the state of Tennessee
  • Critical thinking, compassionate, non-judgmental, with attention to detail, and organized.
  • Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Needs to be a patient listener, a good communicator, and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
  • Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Education, and shots to patients.
  • Input medication orders for the mid-level provider.
  • Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
  • Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
  • Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
  • Accurately use the online booking systems
  • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
  • Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
  • Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
  • Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
  • Completes other tasks within the scope of the registered nurse.
