Our clinic is a small, community-focused primary care office serving patients from birth through end of life in a rural Hastings, Michigan setting. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Successful completion of a hands-on competency-based medical assistant training program Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
• One of the following Required within 120 Days: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred

Responsibilities

• Room patients
• Perform point-of-care testing
• Administer immunizations for both pediatric and adult populations
• Assist with procedures
• Maintain clinic logs
• Support overall clinical operations
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient care
