Requirements

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Completion from an accredited Medical Assistant Program REQUIRED
CPR and BLS Certification REQUIRED
Ability to work effectively with all levels of care team and other colleagues
A positive attitude
Remain in accordance with HIPAA
Ability to use good reasoning and judgment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a medical office setting PREFERRED
Bilingual in Spanish PREFERRED

Responsibilities

Greeting patients
Checking patients in/out
Scheduling appointments
Handling high call volume
Assisting with procedures
Performing phlebotomy
Other basic medical assistant duties as requested by the Providers, Team Leaders, or Health Center Manager
Providing upstanding care and respect to our patients
