About The Position
This role is for a Medical Assistant in Primary Care at Ascension Medical Group in Addison, IL. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule. The salary range is $19.58 - $26.09 per hour. The Medical Assistant will administer immunizations, injections, blood draws, and perform laboratory work. They will collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain patient records, and assist providers with procedures. This position requires working in both front and back office capacities.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Training and/or experience to give vaccinations and injections is a must.
- Must be willing to work front and back office.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant preferred.
